For 70 years the Quincy Youth Football League was centered around "neighborhood team play". Our approach encouraged boys & girls from the same geographical area to form football and cheerleading teams and compete with others in the city in their age groups. The league comprised of the Quincy Point Panthers, North Quincy Apaches, Houghs Neck Manets, West Quincy Elks, Squantum Storm and Milton Mustangs.
In 2018 the QYFL moved to become the QYFCA. As the Quincy Youth Football and Cheerleading Association we expanded into the Bay State Conference of the American Youth Football League, where the boys and girls of Quincy compete in grade based play against teams from surrounding towns.
Our players aren't just members of a team, they are members of our community. In the off-season, we work with local charities to bring sports and hope to the children of Quincy. At each game, you get a chance to contribute to these efforts. We believe that sportsmanship doesn't stop at the edge of the field.
